Polykote Product Family
Achieving nonstop protection has never been easier thanks to Polykote 1000. This coating is applied at a thickness of 0.6–0.8 millimeters and has a pencil hardness of HB-H and a flexibility rating of 0‑1T. A wide range of applications are possible, including residential siding, rainware, trim coil, building accessories, curtain rods, canopies, awnings and enclosures, and other long-life products.
Polykote 3000 is specially formulated to provide flexibility, strength and consistency. It’s applied at a thickness of 0.6–0.8 millimeters and has a pencil hardness of F-2H and a flexibility rating of 1-2T. There are many application possibilities, including all of those listed for Polykote 1000, plus mobile homes, truck trailers and street signs.
For high-traffic and high-touch areas, it’s tough to top Polykote 4000. This 100% hard-wearing polyester is applied at a thickness of 0.15–0.30 millimeters and has a pencil hardness of F-3H and a flexibility rating of 1-2T. Ideal applications for Polykote 4000 include commercial and residential entry doors, garage doors, shelving and interior wall panels.

Polyester coatings are resistant to many elements found in the environment such as air pollution, acid rain, and general airborne dirt. However, if the need to clean or remove deposits from your coating does arise, a variety of methods for removal of surface deposits are available.
